Rev. Raymond and Sally McMahon (front row, far right/second from left) met at the Hartt College of Music, where Ray majored in music education and Sally majored in voice.  After teaching music in West Hartford, CT schools for 11 years, Ray became senior pastor of Praise, Power and Prayer Temple and principal of Praise, Power and Prayer Christian School (PPPCS) in Windsor, CT, where he has served for over 30 years.  Ray and Sally raised ten children in Bloomfield, CT, and taught them all to sing.  Since retiring from an office job, Sally has taught fifth and sixth grade at PPPCS.

Dr. Matthew McMahon (#1 of the ten; back row, far right) is married to his college sweetheart Carissa. They have five children; their oldest two, Bethany and Andrew, have performed with The McMahon Family Singers.  Matthew earned a doctorate in physics from Vanderbilt University and works as an optical engineer in the aerospace and defense industry.  He writes songs, plays several instruments, and arranges the music for The McMahon Family Singers.  Matthew and Carissa reside in New Britain.

Lauren Bolt (#2; front row, second from right) is married to Brad.  They are busy raising their two boys and performing an extreme makeover on their recently-purchased first home in Rocky Hill.  Lauren graduated from Wagner College and has taught at PPPCS.

Joshua McMahon (#3; back row, far left) is married with five children.  He met his wife at the University of Connecticut.  Josh works as a financial adviser; in his spare time he loves producing music and playing drums and electric guitar.

Sarah McMahon (#6; front row, far left) is a kindergarten teacher at PPPCS. When she’s not teaching, she is usually making beautiful custom cakes for all occasions through her business Sweet Satisfaction.  As if all of that wasn’t enough, Sarah is also a highly in-demand soprano vocalist who has performed with CeCe Winans and Natalie Grant.  Sarah is a graduate of Liberty University.

David McMahon (#8; back row, second from left) is a Certified Financial Planner in South Windsor, CT.  David is also a Liberty graduate and met his wife there; they have twin boys.  David is a gifted pianist who has played for several local artists, including Matthew.

Timothy McMahon (#9; back row, second from right) is a mechanical engineer.  He graduated from Central Connecticut State University.  When he’s not working or volunteering as an audio engineer at church, Tim enjoys playing video games and sharing Star Wars memes.

Bethany McMahon (front row, middle) is Matthew’s oldest child and the oldest of Ray and Sally’s grandchildren.  She is an honors student at Central Connecticut State University, majoring in elementary education.  Her goal is to become a kindergarten teacher.  Bethany is an Area Lead at Chick-Fil-A, where she has recently been training her brother Andrew.
